With our strong partnership with Allianz, we are ready to protect your medical benefits immediately when an incident occurs:

  • Claim Coordination Representative: When receiving medical treatment outside the program, the administrative team will collect documents, coordinate with Allianz, and process your insurance claim immediately.
  • Advance Payment System: Reduce the burden of large upfront payments by coordinating Direct Claim (Fax Claim) rights with premium partner hospitals.

3. Personal Language and Transaction Assistant (Japanese-Speaking Concierge)
A "Kaigo" level officer (N3 or higher) will assist you with familiar Japanese:

  • Banking Transactions: Assisting with account opening and other financial transactions.
  • Medical Appointments: Reserving appointments and coordinating with leading medical facilities.
  • Lifestyle Assistant: Recommending and booking services in the shopping area, restaurants, spas, or recreational activities within the project.

We provide attentive care with a 2 support staff per 5 guests ratio, along with smart technology:
