  • 3. Long-term stability: Leasehold rights and buyback guarantees.

    Your leasehold fees (initial payment) are protected by clear legal terms:

    Property Security:You must invest in units issued by AWreit&co Co., Ltd. valued at 18,000,000 THB.
    Guaranteed Buyback:The lease agreement includes a guaranteed buyback of 70% of the initial payment upon completion of 15 years, which is the highest financial guarantee you are legally entitled to under a lease agreement.
